His illustrious career includes serving as Professor and Head of Department (HOD) at top military medical institutions like Command Hospital (Southern Command) AFMC Pune and Army Hospital (Research and Referral) in New Delhi. He played a pivotal role in establishing the first government IVF centres at Army Hospital (R&R) in New Delhi and Command Hospital (Southern Command) in Pune, making advanced fertility treatments accessible to a wider population.
